Retreats
Our Retreat location is off Cabrillo Highway - where the scent of the eucalyptus grove fills the air from the moment you drive into the location. To one side we have the grounding energy of the Ohlone Mountains. To the other side we have the California Coast, with it's crisp salty air, you can sink your toes in the sand and close your eyes and find yourself perfect stillness. Bring your bathing suit along with your yoga mat, the view from the hot tub will capture your heart.

Friday - Arrival, meet and greet, s'mores by the fire, slow yoga under the stars
Saturday - Meditation, Sunrise yoga & hike, retreat activities, sunset yoga on the beach
Sunday - Morning Meditation, Yoga in the Grove, Mindful wrap-up, lunch together
