Hi, I'm Nassim. I grew up in Togo, West Africa and moved to Silicon Valley a few years ago. I am a proud mom of two beautiful kids. I have a true passion for the functioning of the nervous system. I look forward to holding space for you to connect with your higher self through reflection and meditation. |

Hi, I’m Simona. Born and raised in Italy, I now live in the Bay Area, where I am a grateful mamma of two beautiful children. I’ve always been drawn to discovering what makes people unique and helping them live more fulfilling, purposeful lives, and as a coach, this is what guides my work today.

Hi, I'm Erika. I grew up in Silicon Valley, I am a proud mom of a beautiful boy and I work in tech. I have known that I am a healer from a very young age, knowing that thru cooking and mindful energy, we can make a difference no matter where we go. I am passionate about mindfully connecting to that space inside of us, where there is stillness, peace and quiet answers. |
